Overview

In Time PRO is a web application for tracking time, managing timesheets, monitoring activity, handling leave, and organizing clients and projects. Administrators also use it to manage people, company settings, and reporting.

Overview

After you sign in, the main menu shows the areas available to you. What you see depends on your role and the features included in your company’s plan.

You can use In Time PRO as:

  • An employee or contractor tracking time and submitting timesheets
  • A manager or program manager reviewing team time, projects, and approvals
  • An accountant working with invoices and financial reports
  • An administrator managing users, company settings, and access
  • A client reviewing assigned projects and related timesheets

If you do not see a menu item you expect, ask your administrator to review your access.

Some settings also appear under Settings in the top bar, including Company Profile, Organization Unit, Products & Services, Manage Users, App Productivity, and Lookup Metadata.

How to access

  1. Open the In Time PRO Web address provided by your organization.
  2. Sign in with your username or email and password, or with the sign-in method your company uses.
  3. Use the main menu on the left to open a product area.
  4. Use Settings in the top bar for company and user administration items.

After you sign in, you are usually taken to the Dashboard that matches your role.

What you can do

  • Open the product areas available to your role
  • Complete first-time company setup from Getting Started
  • Sign in, reset your password, and complete extra verification from Authentication
  • Track time, submit timesheets, request leave, and review reports
  • Administer users, clients, projects, and company settings when you have access

Common roles you may see include Admin, Employee, Accountant, Client, Contractor, Manager, Program Manager, Timesheet Approval, and Super Admin. What each role can do depends on the access your administrator assigns.

Step-by-step workflow

  1. Open the In Time PRO Web address for your company.
  2. Sign in.
  3. Review the Dashboard.
  4. Open the area you need from the main menu, such as Time Tracking, Timesheet, or Clients.
  5. Complete your work and save or submit as required.
  6. Confirm the result on the same page or in a related area, such as Reports.

Expected result

You see the main menu items available to you and can open those areas. Host (platform) administrators see platform administration items. Company users see company product menus such as Clients, Projects, and Timesheet when those features are available.
