Reports
Use Reports to build Timesheet, Leave, Attendance, Productivity, and Project Allocation exports, then download them from Export History.
Overview
Reports is a hub of report cards. Each report has two tabs:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Generate Report | Set filters and start an export |
| Export History | Track progress and download completed files |
There is no on-screen preview of report rows. You review results by downloading the file from Export History.
Scheduled report emails are configured under Company Profile, not on the Reports screens.
How to access
Main Menu → Reports
Then open a report card:
- Timesheet Report
- Leave Report
- Attendance Report
- Productivity Report
- Project Allocation Report
If a card is missing, ask your administrator to review your report access.
What you can do
| Report | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Timesheet Report | Projects and tasks worked and time logged in the selected period |
| Leave Report | Leave overview by type and who approved them |
| Attendance Report | Working times, arrival and leaving, and productivity context |
| Productivity Report | Applications used at specific times for a team member |
| Project Allocation Report | Projects and team member allocation |
Typical filters include report title, projects, team members, date range, billability, group by, and export format (Excel or PDF). Member lists are limited by your role and project access. Employees may only see themselves.
Group by options
Timesheet Report: Overall Summary, Task Wise, Unsubmitted Timesheet
Attendance Report: Overall Summary, Team Member Wise, Date Wise, Working Status
Productivity Report: Overall Summary
Project Allocation Report: Projection vs Actual, Project Allocation
On Export History you can review title, dates, format, size, progress, and export date, then download or delete history rows.
Step-by-step workflow
- Open Reports from the main menu.
- Open the report type you need, for example Timesheet Report.
- On Generate Report, enter a title and set project, member, period, billability, group-by, and format options.
- Choose Export.
- Open Export History and wait until Download is available.
- Choose Download.
- Optionally delete history rows you no longer need.
Expected result
The export runs in the background. The history row shows progress, then title, dates, format, and size when complete. Choosing Download saves the Excel or PDF file.
Empty history shows a no-data message. Project Allocation emphasizes Excel export.
