Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home page in In Time PRO Web after you sign in. What you see depends on your role.
Overview
Users with Dashboard access can open the Dashboard from the main navigation after signing in. After signing in, users are automatically taken to the appropriate Dashboard based on their role.

All company role dashboards can show a pending timesheet reminder.
How to access
Main Menu → Dashboard
You can also wait for the Dashboard to open automatically after you sign in.
If Quick Start setup is incomplete, complete setup first. See Getting Started.
What you can do
- Switch between My dashboard and Team dashboard when those tabs are available
- Change the selected day, for example with the Today date picker
- Check in or check out from the user info section when available
- Open related areas from cards, lists, and reminders
- Follow up on pending timesheet reminders
- View all projects from the Client Dashboard
Personal dashboard
Depending on your role, you may see:

Leave-related widgets appear when Leaves is available to you. Opening a widget usually takes you into the related area, such as Timesheet, Leaves, or Projects.
Step-by-step workflow
- Sign in to In Time PRO Web.
- Open Dashboard from the main menu, or wait for it to open after sign-in.
- If Quick Start appears, complete company setup, then return.
- Review the summaries for today or the selected day.
- Switch to Team dashboard if you need team status.
- Open a card, reminder, or list item to complete the related action.
- Confirm the result in that area, then return to the Dashboard as needed.
Expected result
- Employees and contractors see a personal Dashboard.
- Managers and administrators see My and Team views.
- Clients see a client-oriented Dashboard and can use View All toward projects.
- Host administrators see the Host Dashboard.
- Empty widgets show empty indicators or No Data Found.
- Loading placeholders appear while summaries load.
If your layout does not match what you expect, ask your administrator to review your Dashboard access.
Common validations
| Situation | What you see |
|---|---|
| Setup is still required | A loading state may appear, then Quick Start opens |
| A widget has no data | No Data Found or an empty indicator |
| You do not have Dashboard access | You are taken to another available home page |
| Duplicate Team dashboard tab | The third administrator tab may also display as Team dashboard |
