Subscription

Use Subscription to review your organization’s In Time PRO plan, payment history, and subscription invoices.

Overview

Subscription is for your company’s In Time PRO plan billing. It is separate from the Invoices workspace used for invoice summaries and draft forms.

TabPurpose
Subscription InformationPlan summary and available actions
Payment HistoryPast payments and Show Invoice

Subscription appears in the main menu when your organization has a plan assigned. If you do not see it, your company may not have a plan yet, or your role may not include subscription access.

How to access

Main Menu → Subscription

Then open Subscription Information or Payment History.

A subscription expiry notice in the application can also take you to this page.

What you can do

On Subscription Information you can review user count, start and end dates, days remaining, and included features (with View More / View Less when the list is long).

ActionWhen it typically appears
ExtendPaid, non-recurring plan that is not in trial
Buy NowTrial period
UpgradePaid plan that is not in trial

Selecting an action continues in the Account payment flow. Complete payment there, then return to Subscription to confirm the updated plan status.

On Payment History you can review payments and open Show Invoice for a selected payment.

Exact plan names and pricing follow your organization’s commercial setup.

Step-by-step workflow

  1. Open Subscription from the main menu.
  2. Review the plan summary on Subscription Information.
  3. Optionally choose Extend, Buy Now, or Upgrade, then complete payment.
  4. Open Payment History.
  5. Choose Show Invoice for a payment.
  6. Review the subscription invoice for that payment.

Expected result

Subscription Information shows the plan summary. Payment History shows paginated payments, or an empty state if none exist. Show Invoice opens the subscription invoice for that payment.

These invoices are for plan payments. They are not the same as the Invoices workspace.

Common validations

The Subscription page is primarily for viewing and navigation. Payment field checks happen in the Account checkout screens when you buy, upgrade, or extend.
