Products & Services
Use Products & Services to maintain your company’s catalog of products and services for projects and billing.
Overview
The catalog stores name, code, rate, description, and an optional image. Services can also be marked billable or non-billable.

Items you add here can be assigned when you create or edit a project. See Projects.
How to access
Settings → Products & Services
Then switch between Products and Services, and choose Active, Archived, or Deleted.
If the menu or actions are missing, ask your administrator to review your access.
What you can do
- Search, sort, and switch list or grid view
- Filter services by Billable or Non-Billable
- Create, edit, archive, restore, or delete items
- Export the list when records exist (Excel or PDF)

Step-by-step workflow
- Open Settings → Products & Services.
- Select Products or Services, then open the Active view.
- Choose New Product, Add Product, or New Service.
- Enter name, code, and rate. For a service, set billable as needed.
- Optionally add a description and image.
- Save.
- To change an item later, open it, update the fields, and save.
- To archive, restore, or delete, select the item and confirm.
Expected result
You see New product added successfully or New service added successfully, then return to the list with the new item. After an edit, you see Changes updated successfully. Lifecycle actions move the item to Active, Archived, or Deleted.
Export and toolbar actions stay unavailable when there are no records or no valid selection.
Common validations
