Company Profile

Company Profile is where you set up the organization-wide information that many other areas of In Time PRO Web depend on — including leave, activities, time tracking, and timesheets. It covers your organization's identity, its work locations, working hours, holiday calendar, and screen/activity capture rules.

How to access

Settings → Company Profile

What you can do

Company Profile is organized into five areas:

AreaPurpose
Company DetailsOrganization identity, address, contacts, currency, and the automated report-email schedule
LocationsYour company's work locations
Track Working DaysWork schedule and activity-tracking hours per location
Public HolidayThe holiday calendar
Capture SettingsScreenshot and activity-tracking options used by the Desktop Application

During first-time company setup, only Company Details may be shown until basic company information has been completed. The other tabs appear once Company Details is filled in.

Without edit access, Company Details is typically shown read-only, and the remaining tabs (Locations, Track Working Days, Public Holiday, Capture Settings) may be hidden entirely.

Step-by-step workflow

  1. Open Settings → Company Profile.
  2. Complete Company Details first, if this is your first time setting up the company.
  3. Once Company Details is saved, open Locations, Track Working Days, Public Holiday, or Capture Settings as needed.
  4. Save your changes on each tab.

Expected result

Each tab confirms your changes with an on-screen message when saved successfully. Information you set here — such as your default work location, working days, and holidays — becomes available to other areas of the application, including leave, activities, and timesheets.
