Submit Ticket

Submit Ticket is the way to contact In Time PRO support directly from the application header. It does not open an in-app ticket form — instead, it opens your own email application with a new message already addressed to the In Time PRO support team.

What it does

Clicking Submit Ticket opens your device's default email application (for example Outlook, Mail, or the Gmail desktop client) with a blank message addressed to In Time PRO support at itpsupport@waiin.com. From there, you write and send your message like any other email.

When to use it

Use Submit Ticket whenever you need help from the support team — for a question, a problem you've run into, or feedback about the application.

What happens when you click it

  • Your device's default email application opens with a new message pre-addressed to support.
  • If you don't have an email application configured, your browser may prompt you to choose one.
  • Nothing happens inside In Time PRO itself. There is no on-screen confirmation and no ticket number shown in the application — the "ticket" is simply the email you send.

What to include in your message

Since there's no structured form to prompt you, it helps to include:

  • A clear description of the issue or question
  • The screen or area of In Time PRO you were on
  • Any steps to reproduce the problem, if applicable

Things to know

  • There is no in-app ticket form — Submit Ticket only opens your email application.
  • There is no file or attachment uploader inside In Time PRO for this feature. If you need to share a screenshot or file, attach it to your email instead.
  • There is no way to track ticket status from within In Time PRO. Everything happens through your email conversation with support.

How to use

  1. Click the Help icon (question mark) in the application header.
  2. Select Submit Ticket from the menu.
  3. Your default email application opens with a new message addressed to In Time PRO support.
  4. Write a clear description of your question or issue, including the screen you were on and any steps to reproduce it.
  5. Send the email as you normally would.
